How do I change a customers email on an iPad?

Thanks for posting in the Community! Let me guide you on how to update a customer's email address in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Greg.

 

If you are trying to modify the customer's email address using your QuickBooks app on your iPad, then that option is unavailable. What we can do is open a web browser on your iPad and access your QBO account. From there, we can change the customer's information. Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Sales tab.
  2. Choose Customers, locate, and select the customer name.
  3. Tap on the Edit button.
  4. Under the Email field, update the customer's email address.
  5. Press Save.
