How do I customise the message section at the bottom of the invoice area? I want to put in a permanent message

I recommend going to the Account and Settings page's Message section. From there, you can customize the default email message sent with sales forms. In addition, you can also add a permanent message note in your invoices.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon and choose Account and settings.
  2. Choose the Sales tab and select the pencil icon under the Messages section to expand the page.
  3. Choose Invoice and other sales forms in the Sales form drop-down arrow.
  4. Put a permanent message like "Take care always".
  5. Click Save and Done.
