How do I download all of my invoices to save offline. A data file or PDF would probably work. I want to come off Quickbooks as it isn't working for me

Let me share with you how we can download invoices to PDF in QuickBooks Online.  

Option 1: Run and export Invoice List report

1. On the Reports tab, search for the Invoice list.  
2. Select a Report period.
3. To customise the report, click on the Columns menu.
4. On Export/Print dropdown arrow, click on Print/Save as PDF.  

Option 2: Export individual invoices as PDF  

1. Go to Sales and select All sales.
2. On the Type dropdown arrow, select Invoices.
3. Select Date of the invoices you would like to export.  
4. Tick the box beside the date or select the invoices to export.  
5. On Batch actions dropdown arrow and select Print.  
6. Then, click on the Save icon.
