How do I print mileage and invoices?

Let me help you accomplish your task in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can print invoices by opening the Invoice List report in the program. Let me show you how:
 

1. Go to the Reports menu and open the Invoices List report.
2. Filter its report period. 
3. Click the small Printer icon, then click Print. 
4. This will open a PDF window. Select again the Print icon to print the file. 

In case you'll want to show the payments you've received together with the invoices, run the Invoices and Received Payments report instead. Simply search for it and follow the same steps above to print. 

With regards to printing mileage, this option is unavailable for now in QuickBooks. Although, you can download your trips through a CSV file and manually print them from there. 

Let me show you how:

1. Go to the Mileage menu.
2. Select the Tax year from the drop-down list.
3. Click the Add trip drop-down menu and select Download Trips.
4. This will download the data to Excel. Simply click the link at the bottom of your screen to open the file.
5. Once the Excel window is opened, click File and select Print.

Moreover, you can customise reports in QuickBooks. This way, you'll be able to get data that matter the most to your business.
