Hey there, @gvfrost. Thank you for interacting with us here. We'll be more than happy to guide you on how to send batch emails to your customers. 

 

Please see the instructions below:

 

  1. From the Sales tab, choose All Sales.
  2. Select what kind of sales form you want to email in the Type dropdown.
  3. Tick the boxes of the transactions you want to send.
  4. Click the Batch actions tab above. Tap Send. A prompt will show if there are customers who don't have emails.
