How do I upload a logo?

First, let's make sure your logo meets these requirements before uploading it to QuickBooks Online:

• Supported file types are.gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg.
• Logo should be smaller than 10 MB
• Have 24-bits or less in bit depth (or color depth)
• Image should be square-shaped
• Image should be using the standard RGB color space

Once your logo meets the requirements, here's how you can upload it:

1. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
2. Go to the Company tab.
3. Click the Pencil icon in the Company name section.
4. Click the Plus sign (+) icon inside the box to add the logo.
5. Open the logo, then click Save.
