How do you make the date for the next of a recurring template in the list view be the same as its start date????

The Next date is base from the interval you set in the recurring transaction, info569. 

 

QuickBooks is unable to edit the Next date that's the same with the Start date. Making the interval day to zero will prompt you to enter a number for the recurrence pattern. 

 

You can use the Unscheduled type of recurring transaction to save the information that you use often for a customer or vendor. This doesn't require you to enter a start date as well as the interval. Every time you want to use it, just click Use under the ACTION column. From the transaction window, edit the dates
