In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can set up and use the Recurring Transactions feature to create an invoice and send it on a specific date. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Recurring transactions.
  2. Select New and choose Invoice from the Transaction Type drop-down. Then, hit OK.
  3. Enter the template name, then select Scheduled from the Type drop-down.
  4. Under Options, choose Automatically send emails.
  5. Fill out the necessary information.
  6. Click Save template.
