My company only supplies products. Yet I keep seeing service date heading in the quotation. This service date heading is not something i need. I tried customizing the form yet it keeps opening up the same template. How does one make only the preferred template to show up?

Welcome to the Community, sales-scanrocktr!

Let me guide you on how to remove the service date shown in your sales forms. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Settings Icon or the Gear Icon.
  2. Click on the Account & Settings.
  3. Click on Sales tab.
  4. Locate Sales form content, and click on the Pencil icon.
  5. Turn Off the Service date.
  6. Click on Save, and click on Done.

Then, let's check your Custom form styles to see if the Date field is also turned off. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Settings icon.
  2. Click on Content tab.
  3. Click on the pencil icon of the second preview box on the right.
  4. Under COLUMNS, untick box for the Date.
  5. Click on Done.

Once done, open an invoice or create a dummy invoice and the service date.
