How to change job title?

Hi tom103, 

 

If you want to change the Job Title of an employee, you can update this from the Pay Run Defaults section of that employee:

  1. Go to the Employees section of your QuickBooks Online company
  2. Click on the name of the employee that you want to adjust the Job Title for
  3. Click on the Pay Run Defaults section on the left of the page
  4. Enter or Edit the Job Title field
  5. Click Save at the bottom of the page

This will update the Job Title that is displayed on the Employees screen and on their Employee Pay Slips.
