How to export your receipts?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Let’s me assist you with uploading your receipts to a different account.

Note that receipts under "For review" can’t be downloaded. You have to manually import the snapshots of your receipts from your mobile device to the new or another QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

Receipts under "Reviewed" will show in the attachment lists. From there, you have the option to download the receipts.

Whether you’re using iOS, Android, or a web browser, you can refer to this article for uploading receipts and bills to QuickBooks Online.
