How to get the noise to stop when taking photos of receipts

I appreciate your feedback about getting rid of the noise when capturing receipts,  wbeukerscarpentr.

As expected, the sound should be removed when phone volumes or media are in silent mode. QuickBooks Team has done testing regarding the Receipt Snap feature on both android and iPhones and found different results depending on the phone.

Please see the results below:

iPhone 8 IOS Version 13.7 - Sound is removed when the phone is on silent

iPhone 10 IOS Version 14 - Same as above 

Samsung Note 9 Android Version 10 - Sound is removed when the phone is muted 

Samsung S20 Android Version 10 - Sound persists with all volumes set to 0
