Hi,

We are the contractor of few companies.

When I make invoice( we bill these companies directly, not their customers),but we need to put their custome's info (name ,add, phone number) on the invoice to show which excatly job we did. And also we need to track this individual services we did too.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Community page, @Vicky Ren.

The best thing we can do to add the customer's information on the invoice is to enter them under the Description column. However, if you have details added on the Description section, add them to the Message.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account, then click on Invoices at the left pane.
  2. Tap on Add invoice or Create invoice.
  3. Fill in the necessary information, then add the customer's information under Description or Message.

For additional reference about creating invoices in QBSE, read this article: Create an invoice in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
