Good to see you here, info1776.

Allow me to show you on how view your email that has been sent within QuickBooks.

You can go to your email and check the sent folder to see anything that was sent from QuickBooks. Also, you can pull up the Audit Log report so you can view the emails you've sent to your customers.

To access, here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Audit Log under Tools.
  2. Select the Filter button.
  3. Choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  4. Under the Events section, click the radio button beside Show only these events, then check the box beside Transactions.
  5. Click Apply.

Then, once the customer opens the invoice, it will show as "Viewed" under the Activities section of your invoice in QuickBooks Online. However, if you're sending a quote you'll need to manually update its statuses. Currently, there isn't a way to accomplish it automatically.

To update the status here's how:

  1. Go to the Sales menu and select the All Sales tab.
  2. Find the estimate. From the Action column, select the dropdown and then Update status.
  3. Select Accepted, then OK.

You'll want to check this article: Create and send estimates in QuickBooks Online. This will show you how to update and convert the estimate to invoices.

I'm just around to help if you have other concerns about managing sales transactions in QBO. Take care!
