I am soooo frustrated with Quickbooks right now .... for the second time while creating a massive quote my phone rings it times out ...quote goooone ... Can i retrieve it

Hi there, @carlhansen4817.

 

I understand how much time it could take to enter the quotes again. But to prevent this from happening in the future, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app. And accept all the notification to not overlap the app when there's a call.

 

Since the mobile app log out when you receive the call, we can't retrieve the quotes you created. However, let's fix the settings of the mobile app by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This way, QuickBooks mobile app won't automatically log out when receiving a call upon creating quotes.

 

First off, you'll need to uninstall the mobile app by going to the Settings menu on your phone and uninstall the app from there. Once done, you can now reinstall the app and make sure to accept all the notification ask. You can read this article for your reference: How to Download the QuickBooks Online Mobile App.

 

But if the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Technical Support Team. They have tools to investigate this matter and get this fix for you.
