I am trying to send an invoice and an error message is popping up saying Somethings not quite right

Let's send the invoice on an incognito window, npenney75.

 

You may be experiencing some browser-related issues.  You can isolate this by running some steps.

 

To start with, log into your QuickBooks account and send the invoice. You can use these keyboard keys to open one:

 

  • For Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • For Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • For Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • For Safari: Shift N

 

if you're able to send the transaction, you can go back to a regular browser and clear the cache. Piled browser history can be the reason for some issues on the page. You may also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
