Question

I am trying to send my 1st invoice but, the email text cust's will see is an old version, that i have since deleted in my customise emails. How can i get rid of it?

The email/text message in the settings may be still the same as the old one. This is where you can set a default email message sent with sales forms.

 

Here's how to verify:

 

  1. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), go to the Gear icon at the top right to get to the Accounts and Settings
  2. Proceed to the Sales tab at the left pane.
  3. Click the Edit (pencil) icon on the Messages section and make the necessary changes.
  4. Hit Save and Done once completed.

 

After that, you can try to send a test invoice to yourself to double-check.
