Question

I am using QuickBooks iPhone app. over the past few weeks, paid invoices are still appearing on the Invoice Payment option. Customer Balances are correct.

Hi @tangerine460,

 

You'll want to clear your app data refresh the program. Let me guide you how.

 

  1. Go to the hamburger menu .
  2. Select Help & Feedback.
  3. Click Refresh Data, then Refresh.

After following the above steps, power down and restart your device. Then, check if you're still seeing the paid invoices. If you're getting the same results, please contact our QuickBooks Customer Care Support so we can investigate further.
