I can not bring up my invoicing

Are you getting an error when creating/opening an invoice transaction? If so, can you please provide me with the exact error message? This way, I can check if there are any reported issues.

 

However, if you haven't encountered any errors, this may be a browser-related problem. To isolate this, you'll need to open QuickBooks using a private window.

 

Depending on your browser, here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N.

If you're able to bring up the invoicing page, you may go back to your regular browser and clear your cache. It's generally recommended to perform general browser troubleshooting when a user encounters unexpected behavior, such as an invoice not opening.
