I can't finish the payment setup for invoices and its not letting me print or send the invoices for payment

Thanks for reaching out to us. In QuickBooks Self-Employed, you can add your payment details on your invoices. This information will show once you print or email the invoice to your customers.

 

Here's how to add payment details on invoices:

 

  1. Go to Invoices.
  2. Create or open an existing invoice.
  3. Enter Payment details on field provided.
  4. You can also tick on Save payment details for future invoices.

 

As of the moment, we don't have an option yet to integrate third party apps like PayPal to accept online payments. This is currently available in QuickBooks Online.
