Question

I created and invoice, clicked save and send, then edited the email but then clicked cancel. My list of invoices it says its due in 30 days, but did it actually go?

Welcome to the Community!

 

Let's check your Audit Logs to verify if the invoice was sent out to your customer. The audit logs will provide you the movement of transactions, any edits made and more. Let me guide you how.

 

  1. Click on the Settings icon, and click on Audit log.
  2. Edit the filter under Users, Date changed and Events.
  3. Locate the date of the transaction and click on View.
  4. From here you will see if the transaction was sent or not sent.

Another area to check if the invoice was sent is by opening directly the invoice you've created. Here's how:

 

  1. Click on Sales tab, click on Invoices.
  2. Locate the invoice and click on View/Edit.
  3. Click on More.
  4. Click on Audit history.
  5. Click on the arrow to expand the invoice audit information.
