I'd like to run a P&L by state. Can I run a P&L in quickbooks that also bring up a customers address ?

Thanks for posting in the Community!

You'll have to run 2 different reports to show the profit and address of the customer. You can run the Profit and Loss by Location report to view how each location/state is doing. And another report called Customer Contact List to show their address. Here's how:

1. Click on the Reports tab.
2. Search for Profit and Loss by Location.
3. Filter the report period and accounting method.
4. Click on Run report.

To run Customer Contact List:

1. Click on Reports.
2. Search for Customer Contact List.

You can export the report via excel and merge them in one file or copy the address column to the P&L report.
