I do not have my bank linked to QB, but I would like to see my cash flow. I have added my spences and my paid invoice. How can I do that? I cannot find a video to show me

You'll just have to perform a few tweaks to enable the said feature. I can share the needed steps to ensure your success.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Your Company, select QuickBooks labs.
3. Select the Cash Flow Dashboard Widget radio button to enable it.
4. Click Done.

After that, log out and then sign in again to your company to refresh and apply the changes. Then, go to your Dashboard and select the Business overview section to view the cash flow menu.

When you're ready, you can sign up or link your account to begin tracking the money coming in and out of your business. This way, you can review the said info on your Cash Flow menu. For more details, please check out this handy article: Get started with the Cash Flow menu.
