I don't want to search through the customers one by one. Often they give me different names for the same person. Is there a fast link to all the quotes?.

Thanks for checking out the search option in QuickBooks Online. Another way to search for your Quotes is by using the Filter option under the All Sales tab. Here's how:

1. Click on the Sales tab.
2. Select All Sales.
3. Click on the Filter button, right on top of Batch actions.
4. Under Filter, set Type to Quotes, select a Status, and Date.
5. Click on Apply.

Once done, the page will show you all quotes created in QuickBooks Online using the filter selected.

You can also run a report called Transaction List by Customer and customise the report to show quotes only. Here's how to run the report:

1. Click on the Reports tab.
2. Click on Customise button.
3. Click on Filter, and under Transaction Type choose Quote.
4. Set also other Filter like Dates.
5. Click on Run report.
