I had an invoice paid via PayPal but I have not yet received payment into my bank account after 5 business days. How many days does it take to clear?

Concerning this matter, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online support. This way, they have tools to check those payment's status. 

 

Here's how you can contact them:

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  2. Select Search and click Contact Us.
  3. From there, please choose how you would like to connect with us.
