I have a supplier who has requested remittance be sent to 2 email addresses. How do you accommodate this?

Thanks for posting in the Community! You can send remittance advice to two email address in QuickBooks Online. Let me walk you through how to do it.

1. Open the remittance advice you would like to send.
2. In the Email field, enter the email addresses separated by a comma and space or enter the email addresses in either the Cc or Bcc field.
3. Select Save and send.

If your supplier would like you to send all remittance advice to be sent to two email address moving forward, you can add it on your supplier's profile. Here's how:

1. On left navigation pane, select Get paid and pay and then select Suppliers (or Expenses> Suppliers).
2. Click on the supplier name.
3. Select Edit.
4. In the Email field, enter the email addresses separated by a comma and space.
5. Select Save.
