I have an invoice to send to a customer every time I save it and send it itcomes up paid.Anyone know whats wrong.

QuickBooks Online has an auto-apply credits feature. Once enabled and the customer has a credit on the account, it automatically applies to an open invoice. This can be one of the reasons why your invoice shows as paid after sending. You can check if the feature is enabled and turn it off.
