Question

I have approved time, the time is billable, but I cannot see the time in unbilled activity in Invoicing. How do I force the timesheet data through?

Hi there, Lucy-Aspray.

I'll help you to trace your time activity. I just have a few questions before we get started.

Are you using a third-party application to track-time activities? If so, what is it, and were there any changes on that app related to tracking time activities? If you're not using other apps, please provide a screenshot of your time activities and invoices transaction transaction page.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Lucy,

Thank you for getting back to us on this.

Can you double check with the customer is selected for those unbilled time in TSheets, please?

You should be able to create an invoice in QBO and have the unbilled time shown on your right-hand side so you can add to the invoice after the timesheet has been imported into QBO.

Please let us know how you go and if you require additional assistance on this.

Thank you.

Hello,

I hope this helps. It took me hours to figure out and only seconds to see.  The arrow in the top right hand corner was hiding the timesheets.
