I have asked this several times! why can;t Estimates or Quotes be flagged as seen or Opened by customer as Invoices are?

Hi there, @Scott11_2.

 

Currently, only emailed invoices have the feature to get their statuses automatically changed when opened and seen by customers.
 

I know that this feature is beneficial to you and your business if it also applies to the estimates. While this feature isn't available, I suggest submitting feedback directly to our product engineers. They may look into this suggestion further and consider adding the option in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To submit feedback, you can go to the Gear icon and select Feedback. Then, enter your suggestion and click Submit Feedback.
