I have been logged off quickbooks for some time & l have lost all my past invoices from my clients. How do l go about retrieving them?

Currently, we're unable to retrieve unsaved invoices from QuickBooks yet. However, if you already saved them, we can view them in the Customers tab in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Here's how:

1. Go to the Sales menu.
2. Click the Customers tab.
3. Select the name of the customer. It'll show all the transactions made.
   
4. Click the Filter drop-down arrow.
5. Choose the type of transaction you'll want to show.
6. Make sure the date is set to All dates.
7. Hit the Apply button.
   

On the other hand, if the transactions are still not showing up, I recommend checking the Audit log on your account. This area keeps track of your activities in the audit log. You can see who made changes to your books and what they did. This way, we can verify what happened to your old invoices. I'll show you how.

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Tools, click Audit log.
   
3. Select Filter. 
4. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
5. Select Apply.

Also, it's a good idea to run a sales report so you can see the transactions you have in the system. You may want to learn more about customising reports in QuickBooks Online. It shows how to include and exclude the information you want from the report.
