I have just logged onto my quickbooks and most of my customers are missing? Why?

Let's work together to resolve and find the missing customers in your QuickBooks Online account, harmonious.

There are several reasons why the clients' names are missing, and I've listed them below:

• Connection speed. A slow internet connection can hinder the system's ability to function efficiently.
• Cache-related. Excessive stored cache in your regular browser can affect the program's performance and functionality.
• Unsupported or outdated browser. It provides a limited browsing experience, which can affect the program's overall performance.

To rectify the issue, I recommend securing a fast internet connection. The requirements for your computer vary depending on your system. You can administer a test to verify the speed.

If you have a fast connection speed, I suggest logging in to your QuickBooks Online account via a private window to determine if this is a cache-related issue. Incognito mode doesn't save your browsing history and accumulates cache. Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

• Safari: Command + Shift + N 
• Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N

Once logged in, search the customers' names. If they show, clear the browser's cache. Doing so improves system performance, fixes program problems, and frees storage space.
