I have taken a snapshot on my phone of a receipt , shows on my pc as processing but doesn't file it, am I missing something out

Thanks for getting in touch. If you have emailed a receipt and it has reached the processing stage but does not proceed any further, I would advise getting in touch with our support team so we can assist directly.

 

To get in contact with our support team:

  1. Log into QuickBooks Online
  2. Select Help in the top-right corner
  3. Select Contact Us

Please reach out when possible so we can look into the issue in more detail.
