Hi sambujudy-gmail-,

You can run an Invoice List report to be able to see the invoice you've created in QuickBooks Online. Here's how to:

  1. Click on the Reports tab.
  2. On the search tab, type in Invoice list.
  3. Click on Invoice List and then filter the Report period.

From here you will see the invoices you've created for that period. Locate and click on the invoice to view and open them.

If you've recently entered the invoice, you can click on the Search icon at the top right and you will see the recent transactions created. Here's how:

  1. Choose the Search or the Magnifying Glass.
  2. Enter the transaction number you’re looking for, then click the desired transaction.
  3. Click Advance Searched if the transaction you're looking for does not appear on the results list.
  4. Adjust the filters to find the type of data you want and then select Add Filter.

If the invoice is not showing on the report, I recommend using the audit log report to view the activity in your QuickBooks file.

Keep me posted if you have other QuickBooks concerns. I'll get back to help you the best that I can.
