I’m having issues with invoices being sent from the app not showing my account details. They appear in the invoice when sent from a computer, but not from my phone.

It’s a new issue, my bank details used to appear, but have now disappeared . If I go in to edit the invoice using the app, I can’t edit content, just change the font or colours. It appears that the app is the current up to date version. Anyone else having this issue? I can’t contact QuickBooks support either for some reason.

Sometimes, this happens when too much app data and cache is stored in your web browser application. Let's clear them so it releases a lot of free storage. This resets the application to scratch while simultaneously removing all the temporarily stored files making your phone free of issues.

 

To clear app data using Android. follow the steps outlined below:

 

  1. Open the Settings application on your device.
  2. Head over to the Apps Menu.
  3. Choose the installed Application.
  4. Select the QuickBooks Application you want to Clear the App Data of.
  5. Move to the Storage Tab
  6. Hit Clear Storage/Clear App Data.

 

To clear app data using iOS, here's how:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Scroll down to Safari.
  3. Select Clear History and Website Data.
