I'm having trouble asking my company logo, any suggestions

Hey there, @treasurer-combin.

 

Are you trying to add a company logo to your sales forms? I'm here to help you on how. First, we'll have to make sure we meet the following requirements when uploading a logo to QuickBooks Online:

 

  • The logo is a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file
  • The file size is smaller than 10 MB
  • Have a bit depth (or color depth) of 24-bits or less
  • Square is the preferred shape as rectangles won't work in the RGB color space

 

After that, you can add it to your forms by following these steps:

 

  1. Select the Gear icon on the toolbar.
  2. Under Your Company, choose Custom Form Styles.
  3. At the upper right, from the New style dropdown, select the appropriate form. If you want to upload a logo on an existing template, find the template, then click Edit under the Action column.
  4. Go to the Design tab, then click Make logo edits.
  5. Select the box with Add a logo +, then the + on the next window.
  6. Locate and select the image you want to use.
  7. Select Open. Once uploading is done, select Save, then Done.
