I’m trying to write and send invoices but before I send them it saying it already paid what do I need to do to change that

Hi pprtransport-gma,

 

We have seen this error come up before and in most cases it can be a result of potential browser or app issues creating display errors. If you are currently using QuickBooks Online through a web browser I would encourage you to click here to try the troubleshoot options, including different browsers before trying again. 

 

If you are using our mobile app version, please make sure you delete and reinstall the mobile app as this can help refresh your current version which may have inherent bugs or glitches.
