I need to enter the Health Care Provider number in the customer's card file and have it come up on the invoice. How do I do this?

I appreciate the information you've provided of your concern. That's correct when using the Custom Fields option we will have to manually enter the information every time we create an invoice.

If you don't want to use the Custom Fields option. You can either use the Description or Message on invoice on the invoice to show the customer's health care provider number.

If you have product feedback, you can send this request to our Product Development Team to help improve your experience. They can review your suggestions and make some necessary adjustments in the next update. Let me show you how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
4. Select Next to submit.
