I need to figure a way to add another level after sub-customer. Like sub-sub-customer. Is there a way to do this? I need to setup; agent then unit block then each unit.

Yes. We can add another level of sub-customer, baysure-services.

After adding the parent customer which is the agent, you're good to add the sub-customer (unit block). Let me guide you how:

1. From the Sales tab, select Customers.
2. Click New customer.
3. Enter the unit block's name.
4. Tick the Is sub-customer field.
5. Select the agent's name.
6. Select Bill this customer.
7. Click Save.

Then, you can add the other level of sub-customer:

1. On the Customer information page, enter the name of each unit.
2. Tick the Is sub-customer field.
3. Select the agent's name.
4. Select Bill this customer.
5. Click Save.
