I recently deleted 2 invoices which I had already sent, is there a way to restore them? Thanks

Thank you for posting in the Community, Tcn66. Allow me to assist you in locating your deleted invoices.

 

There is a way for us to locate your deleted invoices using the audit log however we are not able to recover them. We will have to re-create them manually with the same data. Here's how to do that:

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Audit log.
  2. Use the fields on the page to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.

 

Once you have located the deleted invoice in the audit log, creating a new invoice and entering the same records is a breeze. Please keep in mind that the audit log displays 150 records at a time. For most transactions or events, select View in the History column to view the audit history, which provides details about who made the change and what they did.
