I sent an invoice for work completed and i received a payment from the customer. They requested a written receipt be sent for the payment - will QB generate this

You can print the payment transaction you’ve made for the invoice and send it to your customer. Here’s how:

1. Go to Sales from the left menu. 
2. Under the All Sales tab, locate and click the payment transaction to open. 
3. Click Print at the bottom part. 

Drop by again if there’s anything else you need.
