I use the Paypal app to sync transactions only not processing. If I purge my company and readd Paypal app, will it redownload old transactions again?

Hi there, @tekadept.

 

As of the moment, there's an investigation where PayPal is unable to import transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Rest assured, our engineering team will fix this as soon as possible.

 

In the meantime, let's upload your PayPal transactions to your QBO. This way, you can continue with your work. Let me guide you how:

  1. Log in to your Paypal bank website.
  2. Follow the instructions on how to download the transactions.
  3. Review the file format and size.
  4. Once done, go to your QBO account and go to the Banking menu.
  5. Select Upload transactions.

In your QBO:

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief discussion of your concern and click Let's talk.
  4. Choose your preferred way to get in touch with them.
