Question

I used to be able to search using the search bar for a custom field we have. We are no longer able to do this. Does anyone know why we can't search our custom field?

Thank you for raising this with us. 

 

This behaviour has been brought to our attention late last year. We are pleased to advise that the engineers were able to complete their investigation and the findings have been shared in the reported cases. The system is working as designed and you click on "View more" to see all the search result.

 

Alternatively, you can also use "Advanced Search" option for unique
