Question

I used to be able to upload Bunnings receipts from my phone to my quickbooks online receipts email address and now QB won't accept Bunnings receipts. Please help?

Hello, savannahpark. 

  

Welcome to the Community. Before diving in, did you encountered an error message when uploading bunnings receipts? Also, to make sure your app is working properly we need to ensure that the app is updated into the latest version. For Android is 6.1.4+1 and for iOS is 13.0.  

 

Also, we can reset the application to refresh it. Follow the steps below:      

 

If you're using an Android device: 

 

  1. Go to the More Options ⋮ menu.  
  2. Select Settings.    
  3. Tap Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.  

 

For iOS: 

 

  1. Go to Help & Feedback at the top menu bar.   
  2. Choose Reset App Data. Then Refresh.

Then close and reopen the app to check if it works. If still get the same result, let's uninstall and reinstall the app to start on a clean cliche.
