Let me help you send your invoices to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @jeffmobex.

If you are trying to send the invoices through QBO mobile app, then we have an ongoing issue. Where customers encounter an error "We are having trouble emailing your form. Please wait and try again later" when sending thru the mobile app. In this case, it would e best to contact our support agent to add you to the list of affected users. Once there's an update, they'll send you an email notification about this issue. Here's how:

  1. Click on Help at the top menu bar.
  2. Hit on the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Press on Let's talk.
  5. Select on Get a callback.
  6. Key in your contact details, then tap on Confirm my call.

If you're trying to send an invoice thru the web, it can be the browser's cache data is full of frequent access to web pages or is damaged. This causes odd behavior when sending the transaction in the program. To better isolate this issue, let's try signing in to your account using a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues. Here's how:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

Then, try creating an invoice and sending it to your clients. Just select Save and send to email the invoice to your customer. You can also choose Save & Share (WhatsApp), to send your invoice using WhatsApp. If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. This overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue. We can also use supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.
