I'd happily assist you in adding the KMS and REGO to the invoicing form, @multiinnovative. 
 

I'll show you how to add the KMS and REGO to invoices in QuickBooks Online. In this way, your sales forms are tailored to your customers. 

 

Consider adding custom fields if you like KMS and REGO to show as fields in the invoice form. Please note that you'll need to add the details manually.

 

Go as follows:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Custom fields under Lists. 
  2. Select Add custom field and enter the KMS and REGO in the Name field one at a time. 
  3. Check the All Sales forms and Purchase Order to ensure the fields will show on the sales forms. 
  4. Turn in the radio on the Print on form (optional) and hit Save

 

Once done, create an invoice and enter the details manually in the fields. See the sample screenshot below to guide you accordingly: 

 

But if you like to show the KMS and REGO per line item automatically, you can enter them in the item setup. This will only work if the item has permanent KMS and REGO. Let me show you how: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Product and services
  2. Find and double-click the item in the list. 
  3. Enter the KMS and REGO in the Description field. 
  4. Hit Save and close

 

However, if the KMS and REGO differ for each item, you can manually add them when creating the invoice in the Description field. For further information, see the following sample screenshot:
