I want to export my customers details. How do I do this?

Hi there, castensmith.

 

You have two options on how you can export your customer's details or information. Through the Customers page and from the Reports page. Please note that each method will have a different result, and will affect the information you can export to Excel.

 

If you want to export from the Customer page, follow these steps:

 

  1. Click Sales at the left panel.
  2. Choose the Customers tab.
  3. Select the Export icon beside the Print icon.
  4. Choose Export to Excel.

 

If you export from the Reports page, I suggest pulling up the Customer Contact List report. Then, customize it first to see the specific data that you wan to export.

 

  1. Select Reports at the left panel.
  2. Go to the search icon a type the Customer Contact List.
  3. From  Rows/Columns drop-down arrow, select Change columns.
  4. Add your desired columns, then select Run report.
  5. Click the Export icon next to the Print icon, then choose Export to Excel.
