I would like to remove some of the products and services from the invoice list.

We can make these products and services inactive so they'll no longer showing on your invoice list. Please note that the system will automatically create an quantity on hand adjustment for inventory items and the you'll be prompted if an item is used on a recurring transaction. 

Here's how to make a product or service inactive: 

1. Go to Gear icon and select Products and Services. 
2. From the Action ▼ dropdown menu, select Edit.
3. Select Make inactive.

You can also reactivate it by searching it on the products and services list and select Make active.
