Question

I would like to use more than one invoice template depending on my customer. Is it possible to switch from one template to another?

Hi merandapalmer3,

Thanks for posting in the Community! Absolutely! You can customise your invoice template and select which you would like to use once you create an invoice. Let me show you how to create a new invoice template.

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and then select Custom form styles.
  2. Select New style.
  3. Select the type of sales form you want to create a template for.
  4. Customise the invoice base on your preference.
  5. Whenever you're ready to save your changes, select Done.

To select a template which you would like to use on an invoice, you can follow these steps.

  1. Open an invoice.
  2. On the footer, select Customise.
  3. Select an invoice template.
  4. Then select Save.
