Question

If I make an invoice a day after the event, the system does not let me put the correct date down, only the date on the day I am invoicing. How can I fix this?

Hi islandfoodstore, 

 

I hope you're doing well? How are you trying to enter the invoice e.g. via the App or using a browser? 

 

You should be able to enter any transaction date you like as you can backdate transactions. 

 

Can you please let me know what happens when you try to enter a past date?
