If I receive receipts by email how do I copy them across to Quickbooks in a similar way to snap a receipt?

The best option is to download them as a file (either image or PDF) and then attach them to your transaction as an attachment. 

To do this: 

1. Go to your email and either print it as a PDF by selecting print and then using the 'Print to PDF' option on the or screenshot it as an image.

2. Save it to your computer as a file. 

3. Follow the instructions in this article on attachments in QuickBooks Online to upload your receipts.
